GDPR notice
The personal data contained on this form is stored on an electronic file held by the EHESP which is "data controller" in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the processing of personal data.
The EHESP needs to collect and process personal in order to assess your application for study and, if you are offered a place, to complete the formal admission process. We will retain your data for no more than 36 months unless:
- you exercise your right to have your data deleted under the conditions described hereunder;
- a longer retention period applies due to a legal or regulatory requirement.
During the retention period, we will take all necessary measures to keep your information safe and secure and to prevent unauthorized access, erasure or disclosure by third parties.
Application details of unsuccessful candidates are deleted at the end of the admissions cycle.
Access to your information will be strictly limited to the EHESP's administrative staff, communication department, and accounting department. Where necessary, this may extend to third parties in the GDPR sense of the term. All third-party service providers are required to take appropriate security measures in line with our policies and current legislation. Beyond this, the EHESP commits to refraining from selling, lending or giving access to your personal information to third parties without your prior consent, notwithstanding any legitimate obligations to do so: legal requirements, fraud investigations, rights of defense, etc.
Pursuant to the Act of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, as amended, and to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you have the right of access, rectification, transfer and deletion of your data, and the right to limit the processing thereof. You may also object to the processing of your data, for legitimate reasons.
